Cause
This has been identified as a new MySQL 5.6.x bug. Atlassian is tracking this bug here. Feel free to watch it for all related updates.
Resolution
Due to the new bug identified, development is unfortunately not in a position to support this particular version of MySQL. Please consider using MySQL 5.5 or any other supported databases. You may continue using embedded HSQLDB, if using Fisheye for evaluation purposes.
