Auto-complete for user name is not working in share page or @mention

Problem
@mention doesn't work or Confluence can't pick up user-names in share feature after upgrading Confluence.
Cause
Confluence's index wasn't properly updated or could be culprit.
Resolution
- Rebuild content indexes from Confluence Admin Panel.
- If first resolution doesn't work, please rebuild the content indexes from scratch.
