You can upgrade from ProForma Lite to ProForma full at any time. Forms created and filled out in ProForma Lite will remain available once you’ve converted to the full version of ProForma. Upgrading to the full version of ProForma will remove the three form limit and will enable some features that are not available in ProForma Lite (Data lookups, user-picker fields).

Upgrading ProForma

To upgrade to the full version of ProForma, you must first uninstall ProForma Lite. Log in to Jira as an administrator and go to Jira Settings >  Add-ons > Manage Add-ons. Select ProForma and click Uninstall.

You can now Install the full version. Click the admin dropdown and choose Atlassian Marketplace. Click Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page and search for ProForma. Click Try free to begin a new trial or Buy now to purchase a license. ProForma will begin to download. You’ll be prompted to log into MyAtlassian. Enter your information and click Generate license. Click Apply license. If you're using an older version of UPM, you can copy and paste the license into your Jira instance.

Once you have installed the full version of ProForma, you will see your previously created forms in the forms lists, and you will be able to create as many new forms as you wish. Forms on existing issues will also continue to be available.

After Upgrading

After you upgrade, it’s recommended that you go to Jira Settings> Manage Apps> ProForma Configuration to check/reset your configurations.

You will also need to reset the Create Issue setting on the form settings tab for any forms that are used to create issues from the Jira nav bar.
