Unable to create new Jira issues via Incoming Mail Handler due to workflow configuration changes

Summary
New Jira issues are not created as expected through the Incoming Mail Handler.

Diagnosis
This issue may affect issue creation in one or more projects via incoming mail. Initial validation of the issue should be to ensure the sent email matches the incoming mail handler configuration such as catch email address, etc.
Cause
In some scenarios, the create transition in the affected project workflow is the cause of the issue creation failure if there are any validators setup on this transition.
Solution
You may have to review the create transition to ensure that there are no validators setup except the default one. If there are any field validations (similar to the onces added in the cause section snippets), then the validations need to be removed. Please note that the workflow needs to be published to commit the changes. Once the changes are committed, the emails should be creating issues through the mail handler without any blockers.
