Summary

When you have installed Jira Cloud app in Microsoft Teams and try to choose any option in the app such as Add a comment or Edit issue the pop-up window shows "Something went wrong".

Solution

Perform the below checks to ensure browser cache, Teams cache or configuration is not blocking Jira pop-ups

1. Try clearing your browser cache completely(For all time) and then log in to your MS Team via browser.
2. You can also perform a Teams cache reset as specified in this Microsoft article.
3. Finally, check if you have allowed signing in your tenant by performing the steps below

• • Open https://portal.azure.com with your O365 Tenant Admin account.
  • Navigate to: Azure Active Directory
  • Navigate to: Enterprise Applications (on the left sidebar)
  • Navigate to: Jira Cloud - which will open a Slice for app settings.
  • Click: Properties
  • Enable for users to sign-in?: YES
