Summary

At times, when we click on user profile at the top right corner we see an option to upgrade to the Standard plan (Try the Standard plan FREE 14-DAY TRIAL), even when the product is already in a Standard plan.

Solution

Please note that this option appears when you have JSM(Jira Service Management) in the free plan, and since JSM is a different flavour of Jira, it may be a bit confusing.

By clicking the upgrade option, you will be directed to the billing page, where you can switch JSM from the free plan to the standard 14-day trial.
