Data mismatch while comparing development data between Production and Sandbox - Github

Summary
- Development data is in synh between Production and Sandbox while using GitHub Marketplace app.
- Or, few commit/PR/branch details are missing in new Jira Cloud site as compared to the old site. Data is not available even after using GitHub backfill process.

Cause
We do not recommend comparing Jira Cloud details with another Jira Cloud details. Instead, GitHub information should be considered the source of truth. You should only compare GitHub data vs any Jira Cloud site. Jira Cloud to Cloud comparison is not suggested.
It is important to note that any changes made to backdated information in GitHub will definitely impact the availability of data in Jira Cloud using backfill feature.
