This article is to assist you with the use case: If you wish to disable the "Linked Goals"  button from the Issue view screen of the Jira Cloud Issue that is catered by the Atlas app as per the new update.

To disable/remove this feature "linked goals", it is recommended to disable the integration from Atlas Jira integration via the page: https://{{YOUR_SITE_NAME}}/plugins/servlet/ac/com.atlassian.atlas.jira/addon-config-page

Post disabling the feature if the behaviour persists please raise a support ticket from https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
