How do I force all users to reauthenticate

Summary
You may want to force all Fisheye and Crucible users to re-authenticate.
Environment
Fisheye and/or Crucible 4.8.9 or Later
Solution
- Stop Fisheye and Crucible.
- Make sure you do a full backup of Fisheye and/or Crucible.
Remove all rows in the cru_login_cookie table:
DELETE FROM cru_login_cookie;- Start Fisheye and Crucible.
