From Fisheye/Crucible 3.6, onwards, the analytics data collection is enabled by default within Fisheye/Crucible. The mentioned feature can be disabled in your instance by performing the following:-

1. Navigate to FishEye Administration > Global Settings > Analytics
2. Set the options of Atlassian Analytics to disabled
3. Click update to store the changes.

This will disable the analytics data collection in your Fisheye/Crucible instance.
