Configuring default time zone
You can view and update your organization’s preferred default time zone in Confluence general configuration settings. Setting time zones gives remote users and distributed teams accurate, local timestamps in Confluence and notification emails.
On this page:
Here's how changing the global time zone affects your users:
if the user doesn’t have a customized time zone, a change in the default time zone will reflect on their profile
if the user has a customized time zone, a change in the default timezone will not reflect on their profile
If previously you used any workarounds such as JVM arguments, we encourage you to remove them.
