This feature is currently not available in Crowd. It has been raised as a New Feature:

Unfortunately has been closed as "Won't Fix".

Crowd supports only a certain set of attributes from an LDAP Directory and these are:

  • lastAuthenticated
  • invalidPasswordAttempts
  • displayName
  • givenName
  • sn
  • mail

Crowd does not support declaration and synchronization of arbitrary attributes from an LDAP Directory.

However, custom attributes for users is still available in Crowd. Find instructions to add custom attributes from the link:

Note that you cannot add new attributes to directories connected via Crowd's LDAP connector, although you can update the existing supported attributes as described in our LDAP connector documentation. Any new attributes added via the Crowd Administration Console will simply not appear in the directory.
