Summary

When creating a page from a template, an expected blueprint is missing.

Cause

The module for the expected blueprint has been disabled. For example, if the Product Requirements blueprint is not displayed in the Create pop up box, then the Product Requirements module has been disabled within the confluence-sofware-blueprints add-on.

Solution

  1. Navigate to the  Icon > Manage Apps
  2. Select System from the drop-down list next to the search box
  3. In the search box, search for blueprints and identify which category the missing blueprint falls under. Below are the System apps for loading blueprints:
    • Atlassian Playbook Blueprints
    • Confluence Business Blueprints
    • Confluence Knowledge Base Blueprints
    • Confluence Software Project Blueprints
    • Confluence Space Blueprints
    • confluence-sofware-blueprints
  4. Expand the identified app, and click on the small + icon next to the modules
  5. Check that all modules are enabled and enable any modules that have been disabled.
