Unable to enable Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant plugin

Summary
The "Cloud Migration Assistant" fails to be enabled. Reinstalling the add-on also does not work.

- Clearing the plugins cache does not resolve
- The following appears in atlassian-confluence.log:

Cause
The "Analytics" add-on is disabled. The Cloud Migration Assistant requires those add-ons.
Solution
- Enable all the plugins that mention "analytics".
