Unable to edit content in editor

Problem
- While in editor, user can only edit the page title but not the content body.
- Editor toolbar is not working.
Cause
There is a browser extension or add-ons interfering the page rendering in Confluence editor. For example, Roboform (password manager).
Resolution
- Disable potential problematic browser add-ons or extensions. Otherwise, update the add-ons or extensions.
- Clear browser cache
