Top menu buttons are not clickable

Symptoms
- You are unable to click on the buttons in the top menu-bar
- Buttons appear to be overlapping the menu-items.
The menu-item does not highlight when hovering over it with the mouse.
Cause
This issue can be caused by the Subspace Plugin and ServiceRocket Redirection.
Resolution
To resolve this you can update the Subspace plugin and Redirection plugins to the latest compatible versions for your Confluence instance.
