Problem

Performance issues observed such as high loading time only on specific pages in Confluence

Diagnosis

Environment issue

Check whether there are third party plugin is interfering with the Confluence performance.

Make sure to update all the plugins that have an update available, as well as uninstalling any incompatible ones. Malfunctioning plugin have been observed to be causing several issues in Confluence, and a full uninstall was required. Please make sure that they are not being used by the users anymore.

Resolution

  • Uninstall all unused plugins
  • Update or uninstall all incompatible plugins
