Nothing Happens when Users Click on The "Create" Button

Symptoms
This issue is experienced on Confluence 5.0 instances only. It was fixed for 5.0.1.
If the instance does not have English as the Global Default Language, when users click on the "Create" button on the top header, nothing happens.
Cause
The issue is caused by a bug in Confluence 5.0. The bug is tracked at CONFSERVER-28237 - Confluence Create dialog does not appear if Global Default Language is not English.
Resolution
- Download this plugin file which contains the fix for the problem.
- At the Confluence dashboard, choose the cog icon at top right of the screen, then choose Confluence Admin. Then choose Add-ons
>>Manage Add-ons - Click on the Upload Plugin link on the right hand side and upload the file downloaded on step 1.
