Problem

User having issue to load pages with a lot of attachments.

The following appears in the Atlasssian-Confluence.log

• User added a lot of attachment in page with Attachment macro

Cause

 Arsenale LockPoint plugin 

Workaround

1. Go to  >Add-ons
2. Find for Arsenale lockpoint plugin
3. Click on Arsenale Lockpoint to expand
4. Click on "xxx of yyy modules enabled" to expand
5. Disable the four following modules that contain the specified names in parentheses:

• arsenaleeditingliffy-newwindow
• arsenaleeditingliffy-samewindow
• arsenaleeditingliffy-html5
• arsenaleeditingliffy-html5-gliffy6plus

Resolution

Update the Arsenale Lockpoint Plugin to version 1.6.6 or later to fix the performance issue.
