Purpose

You might want to disable the HipChat integration messages in Confluence, and here's how to do it. 

Solution

  1. Go to  > Add-ons > Manage Add-ons > System (from the drop-down menu)
  2. Find the Confluence Hipchat Integration Plugin
  3. Expand the modules and disable the following:
  • hipChatSpaceDiscovery
  • hipChatServerDiscovery
