Problem

Attempting to display the Excerpt Include macro results in the following error:

Cause

The page that is linked by the macro probably do not exist anymore. In the example above, try to navigate to the page at <ConfluenceURL>/display/DSs/Roadmap2223 to see if the page is:

  1. Removed
  2. Restricted
  3. Missing the Excerpt macro

Resolution

Edit the Excerpt Include macro and point to a valid page that contains the Excerpt macro. You can also just create a page with the same name in the target space, and include an excerpt macro in it.
