Editing Location of a Page Doesn't Move the Page Due to Scaffolding Plugin

Symptoms
Trying to edit the page location fails without any on screen errors. There are no errors reported in the logs.
Cause
The page being edited is a Scaffold page, from the Scaffolding Plugin.
Workaround
As a workaround, use the Browse >> Pages >> Tree View feature to move the page location.
Resolution
This is a known bug in the above plugin, as documented in CustomWare's JIRA tracker.
