Symptoms

1. Users can successfully see JIRA issues linked to through the commit comment. However, the Builds tab in JIRA says 'No associated builds found'.
2. The bamboo > jira integration works fine and issues can be accessed through bamboo.
3. The bamboo portlets/gadgets in the jira dashboard work as well

Cause

The build result list in the jira issue's Build tab is retrieved from the bamboo index, if the index is out of sync no or incorrect data is retrieved

Resolution

Re-indexing Bamboo will fix this issue
