ORA-01031: insufficient privileges Exception
Symptoms
When trying to run a plan, it generates the following exception in atlassian-bamboo.log:

Caused by: com.atlassian.activeobjects.internal.ActiveObjectsSqlException: There was a SQL exception thrown by the Active Objects library:

Cause
This exception is related to the Active Objects component of Bamboo. The Active Objects plugin requires the CREATE SEQUENCES and CREATE TRIGGER permissions for the Oracle user, and when this is not available, this error will occur.
Resolution
- Stop Bamboo.
- Make sure you have a complete backup of your Bamboo instance.
- Grant the database user CREATE SEQUENCES and CREATE TRIGGER permissions.
- Restart Bamboo.
