Problem
When user try upgrade JIRA 6.3.x to 6.4.x, the following appears in the atlassian-jira.log:

at com.atlassian.jira.index.AccumulatingResultBuilder$CompositeResult.await(AccumulatingResultBuilder.java:239)Cause
The latest version of User Group Picker add-on is no longer support JIRA 6.4.x according to the add-on announcement.
Workaround
- Disable the User Group Picker add-on.
- Reindex with the lock and index option.
