Summary

Some users are unable to grant permission to Jira within the Teams app.

Cause

Due to a caching issue within Microsoft Teams, the review permissions button does not respond or it goes through the steps and loops back to the same screen.

Solution

You can perform the below steps:

1. Sign Out from Teams application.
2. Re-run application - (Microsoft Teams) needs to be closed via task manager/force quit and reopened.
3. Sign In to Teams again.
4. Perform the permission approval.
