Symptoms

When try to view the issues in the Detail View in issue navigator of JIRA 6.x, the panel of the issue detail view would be loading non stop despite you click on any issues.

Cause

Installation of Rating CustomField v1.3.0 would eventually break the Detail View in Issue Navigator

Resolution

  • Disable or remove the Third Party add-on from JIRA 6.x
